1. Core Terms of Service
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all content in your account and keeping your login secure.
- Legal Compliance: Do not use BarnDash for illegal or harmful activities. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
- Merchant Requirements: You must be of legal age and provide accurate information during registration.
2. Privacy & Data Policies
- Privacy Policy: You must display a clear privacy policy on your BarnDash site.
- Data Usage: Customer data may only be used as described in your policy and BarnDash’s policy.
- Marketing Consent: You must obtain explicit consent before sending marketing emails. Violations may lead to suspension.
3. Shipping & Logistics Policies
- Perishable Handling: Merchants are responsible for food safety during transit.
- Weight-Based Billing: Orders may be authorized for estimated weight and charged after actual weighing.
- ShipFare Integration: Discounted shipping rates are available but subject to carrier terms.
4. Payment & Payout Policies
- Payout Schedule: Funds are deposited on a rolling 2-business day basis.
- Fees: Processing fees are deducted before deposits.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Merchants are responsible for handling disputes.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Merchant Cancellation: Cancel anytime via the Subscriptions tab.
- BarnDash Termination: BarnDash may terminate service with 10 days’ notice or immediately for violations.
- Refunds: Violations of prohibited usage result in no refunds.
